Who we are
Olyvo is a flight price-transparency and price-alert service. For anything in this policy, contact hello@olyvo.co.
What we collect
Your email address, when you join the waitlist or set up a price watch. We store it alongside which form you used, when, and what you agreed to. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
The routes you watch. When you track a route we store the origin, destination, any target price you set, and whether you want deal alerts — so we know what to look for and when to email you.
Your searches.When you search for flights, the route, dates and passenger numbers go to our search provider to get live fares back. We record the resulting prices in our own price history — the fares themselves, never who searched for them. Recent searches are also cached briefly so a popular search doesn’t cost a fresh lookup every time. None of this is linked to you, and you don’t need an account to search.
A sign-in cookie, if you sign in. It keeps you signed in for 30 days and is described in the cookie policy.
Email engagement. Our emails may include standard open and click measurement, so we can tell whether what we send is worth reading. It influences what we send, nothing else.
What we don't collect
No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, and no payment details — Olyvo never takes a payment, because you book on the airline’s or agent’s own site. We don’t buy data about you, and we don’t sell or rent yours.
Who we share it with
We use the following providers to run Olyvo. They process your data only on our instructions, and none of them may use it for their own purposes. Where processing happens outside the UK/EEA, it’s covered by standard contractual safeguards.

When you follow a Book link you leave Olyvo for an airline, agent or search site. What they collect is covered by their own privacy policy, not this one. We may earn a commission on bookings made through those links, at no cost to you.
How long we keep it
Your email and watches: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing stops the email immediately; deletion removes your address entirely.
Price history:kept indefinitely, because it’s what lets us tell you whether today’s fare is genuinely good. It records fares and routes — not people.
Cached searches: short-lived and overwritten as prices refresh.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it was. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), but we’d appreciate the chance to fix it first.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so by email or on this page before it takes effect.
